Well, I've been painting, cleaning, visiting, traveling, many lunch dates with friends, just to name a few.
BUT my favorite thing so far has been spending quality time with the granddaughter.

Her favorite game is hide and seek. We are working on the hiding part along with me learning how to flip photos that are downloaded from my phone.
UPDATE: Ms A flipped the picture for me! YEAH! for friends who know more tech stuff than me :o)

I'll flip it for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I've added it to the post :)
DeleteBonnie! wonderful to see you in blog-land! I've been hoping that all is well with you.
ReplyDeleteMost people agree that once retired there never seems to be enough hours in the day!
Stay busy and happy!
I've found that taking the mantra there is always tomorrow to be the best there is BUT sometimes I get nothing done thanks to it ;o)
Deletehey good to "see" you. i hear this a lot from those that are fortunate enough to retire. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Peg! I always wondered what the heck people do with their time when work isn't thrown into the mix. It's been great finding out the answer ;o)
DeleteYay you wrote something! Now keep it up.
ReplyDeleteWhen I stopped working I found that I had more to do. I don't know how that happened but I sort of replaced work with writing.
You have earned your fun time! Now just don't forget about us little people.
OH Sonya, I can't forget you ;o)
DeleteIt's funny how when I was working, I would put things off for 'another day' and now that I'm not working I'm still saying I can do it tomorrow. BUT I have gotten a few things done lately to the point I drop into bed exhausted from it all.
I love quality time with the littles!!! Enjoy it woman!!! You deserve it!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Though I will say, she can wear me out by then of the day!
